We were informed that the lot that were are housing now has two owners with two tax declarations but with same lot number. We are paying rent to own to the alleged claimant but the documents stated that the real claimants are different. It is because in 1965 the Aznar Brothers registered themselves as the registered claimant of the land on Bureau of Land Management while the first owner only registered last 1967. My questions, what shall we do as paying homeowners? How can we cease the Deed of Conditional Sale? What action shall we do? Who is the real owner?
