Ask ko lang po if pupwede pong i adopt ang illegitimate child para magkaroon ng full rights ang asawa ko sa anak nya sa dating ka live in? Need po ba ito ng consent ng mother ng bata? On the other hand, since sa ngayon, asawa ko po lahat ang gumagastos sa bata, pwede po bang magdemand ang asawa ko na hati sila ng mommy nya sa gastos since kumikita din naman ang huli like sa tuition fee?

hati dapat ang mga magulang sa gastusin ng bata.

pwede nyo adopt ang bata kaso kailangan pumayag ang nanay at pag na-adopt ang bata, kayo na ang legal guardian ng bata at wala na karapatan ang nanay nya.

Yes, your husband could adopt his own illegitimate child, with the consent of the mother. This means that he will also have a right to the child's custody, and in the event that he dies, this child will have the same share as you and any of your children in his estate.

Under the law husband and wife are mandated to adopt jointly, but there are exceptions, as in your case -  if a spouse seeks to adopt his or her own illegitimate child. You have the option to adopt jointly with your husband as it is not mandatory, but I doubt that the mother will agree to such an arrangement.
