Hello Attorney ,

Gusto ko lang po sanang malaman kung merong pinagkaiba halimbawa sa titulo ng lupa kapag ganito po ang nakalahad : This is to certify that a parcel of land mentioned below belongs to Marcelo Fabro , married to Rhoda Fabro .... OR halimbawa ay Marcelo and Rhoda Fabro are the legitimate owner of this parcel of land .... Meron po bang pinagkaiba sa dalawang ito ?

as per my understanding
Marcelo Fabro , married to Rhoda Fabro - Marcelo Fabro is the owner but married to Rhoda Fabro. Hence, land can be under conjugal property.

Marcelo and Rhoda Fabro both are the owners.
