Slander? Libel?

Hello, I just need an advice what can I do to defend myself. I had this house co-sharing, so parehas kme nagrerent, but I am one in contract of this apartment. We have issue about chores and garbage so pinaalis ko. Then she started to yell at the middle of the night while my neighbors were watching. Sinasabi nya na pokpok daw ako at mga foul words n nkakabastos, she's saying na nakikipags*x ako she's referring to my boyfriend, and that's how my neighbors talk about me. Sana po may mabigay kayong advice saken. Please

Nagtry na ako magpablotter pero hindi sya pumunta, they have been told me na hindi ko daw maiaakyat s korte kasi mababaw lang yun.
