Hi everyone i need legal advice po. Yung kapit bahay namin tsinitsismis kung kanikanino na Hindi anak ng asawa ko yung anak namin. Sinabihan din ako ng bobo malaki at iba. Gusto ko po magfocus about sa anak ko. Ano po kaya pwede ko ireklamo sa pagsasabi niya na Hindi anak ng asawa ko yung anak namin? Thanks

1. You have to make sure that there will be people willing to testify as to what your neighbor said about you and your child.

2. You can go to the barangay and file a complaint against her for slander, before you file a criminal complaint.
