Arresto Menor

Good noon! I would like to inquiry on the legality of this case. Is it allowed for the school to deduct the salary for our summer pay because there are some students who have accounts to be settled?we have not been payed the exact amount of our summer class salary because students are unable to pay on the deadline. Is this allowed in our labor laws?
