Good day po. Mag tanong lang po ako, magkakaroon po ng road widening project ang dpwh sa lugar namin, yun bahay at lupa namin ay mahahagip ng road widening, hindi namn buong bahay ang ma-damage, mga 2 mts ang mahahagip pa-loob ng bahay namin, then 2 storey yun bahay po. Nung magtanong kami dun sa contractor, ang sabi lang ay wala daw financial assistance para sa damage. Pwede po ba yun? Private property naman yun lupa namin and on time lagi ang bayad namin ng buwis. Please advise po kung ano ang tamang action dito. Thank you
