DPWH sends us notices with DO73 attached saying that we will not be paid for our property that will be demolished by road widening, the size of the national road in our area is 15meters and on their letter they will widened the road to 20meters, thus it will enter our private property. Our location is registered as Urban barangay, is it legal to widened the road to 20meters on urban areas as what EO621 says. what are our options to get assistance or justs compensation to dpwh, they are harrasing us with their notices and letters. our land is registered August 1955 and the basis of the bounds and meets of our land is the 15meters road wide on urban areas. thanks hoping for your advice sir.
