If it says that you are also agreeing to an attached document but was not in fact attached, ask a copy. If they won't give you a copy and man the salary offered is high, sign the contract but dont forget to make a reservation. Under your signature write, my signature to this agreement will not be taken as an acquiescence to the Training Contract (or whatever the title of the document is), which was not attached nor the contents made known to me.
