Hi. I signed a contract last year for a certain salary package amounting to 23k. Inclusive within the package is a 2k license allowance for being a professional, which they intend to give upon receipt of my certificate of good standing. Last nov 23 they confirmed kf receiving my cert of good standing but they never gave the allowance for 4 consecutive payouts and inquiries regarding the allowance was left with no response until i resigned. Is it breach of contract on my employers end?

yes if they didn't fulfill somthing stated in the contract, that is considered breach of contract. you may file a conplaint at the nlrc
