Training bond

Hi.. Ask lang po, kung walang nakalagay na duration and amount ng bond sa contract, is this enforceable? And can a health condition void a training bond? Thank you

The employee shall undergo technical and skills training through seminars and workshops provided by the employer to develop and/or enhance his/her knowledge and competence. The employer and the employee shall execute a training bond agreement prior to attendance in locally conducted trainings, certifications or knowledge transfer or before_deployment abroad for trainings certiications or knowledge transfer. The training bond agreement shall specifically provide for the following terms and conditions:
A. Costs of training, certifications and/or knowledge transfer and other incidental expenses;
B. Payment of the full costs of training/knowledge transfer by the employee in the event of termination of employment(termination for just cause or resignation);
C. Manner of effecting payment in the event of severance of employment;
D. Implementation of the acquired skill or delivery of stipulated outputs after training;
E. Length of time reasonably necessary to ensure return of company's investment.

this is not a training bond. This is just informing you that will be undergoing training which would require a training bond. Make sure lang na wala ka ibang pinirmahan.

Oh okay po. Not sure how a training bond looks like though. Pero should i have a documented proof from a lawyer that their training bond isnt really a training bond when i resign?
