Hi! Tatanong ko lang po if mali-lift yun training bons ko na ₱200k kapag naterminate ako ng employer ko. Ang reason po ay nakapag send ako ng isang training manual sa personal email ko. Bawal po kasi yun ayun sa data policy ng employer ko. Salamat!

Basahin ang nakasaad sa kontrata para makasiguro.

Pero malamang hindi ka makakawala dun dahil baka rin sinadya mong gawin yun para makatakas sa obligasyon mo.
