Possible Estafa Case

Hi i would just like to ask help regarding estafa case. The incident happened last november. Iam selling virtual items online. This indonesian bought it. Send me money thru western union. I had a problem regarding the virtual item it took me sometime to deliver it to her. But recently iam receiving messages and they posting in facebook my families facebook link because they allegedly telling me i scam them. And then they told me they will file a case of estafa against me. And this indonesian will fly here in the philippines to file the case and go to my house with nbi and such. Is there anything i can do? Or what should i do? Thank you in advance.

Yes i did. But they insist that i dont. They asking for there money back. What should i do now?
