Hi,

May kapitbahay mo kami, actually kinasohan nya po kami ng grave threat and grave slander. Naglabas na po ang piskalya ng resolution na recommended po na ma.pursue yong case.

Ang alam ko po may bail ang mga kasong ito, may alam po ba kayo kung magkano?

Lalaban po kami sa kaso kasi puro kasinungalingan po lahat ng kinaso sa amin and ano po dapat gawin namin after this?

Any advise po. Thanks!

The amount that is to be paid for bail depends on what the judge orders it to be. Once the amount has been set, binabayaran ito sa courts para maging effective yung bail.

You must acquire the services of a lawyer and file the necessary counter-affidavits in your behalf to the court that the case was filed.

If you are financially constrained, the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) is usually located inside the City or Municipal Hall. They offer free legal advice and representation in your case as long as their schedule permits.

Actually meron na kaming counter affidavit, na.send na din sa piskalya. Iyon nga, ang reply ng piskalya is hindi dismiss ang kaso. inadvice kami to advance our bail pra maiwasan ang warrant.

may warrant po pa pala ang ganyang mga kaso? magkano po kaya yon? ang sabi 2k sa grave slander and 6k sa grave threat. may sabi rin na wlang bail ang grave threat, totoo po ba? Wala pa rin po 2ng schedule of hearing or branch no...
