Magandan hapon po.
Itatanong q lng sana kung kailan magiging effective ang isang case.
May kaibagan kasi aqng pulis, sabi niya may subpoena daw ako (qualified theft) dumating sa kanila noong July 28, pero hindi ko pa rin nareceive hanggang ngayon kasi hindi p nila nahatid sa akin. sa ganitong sitwasyon, may posibilidad ba na maisyuhan ako ng warrrant of Arrest kahit d ko pa nareceive yung subpoena?

Tsaka kung mreceive q, pwede b mgpaaa ng counter affidavit kahit hindi sa lugar kung saan sinampa ung case?

Good evening may ask lang po ako about po doon sa friend kasi po namatay po siya pero may case po siya na qualified theft iyung family niya ba ang mag-suffer magbayad ng nakakuha niya kahit died na siya paano kung wala pamabayad ang family niya. Ask lang po thank you po.

Atty...Tanong ko lang po kung pasok sa qualified theft ang pag issue ng Acknowledgement reciept and provisionary reciept and then hindi na remit yung pera na umabot na ng 500,000.00...at ilan pong years ang sentence nito. salamat po God Bless.
