Hello. I'm glad there is a forum like this and I hope to be able to receive feedback regarding my problem.
I own a business and a number sales reps sell my merchandise to clients. The don't earn a basic wage but share the profit.
My concern involves one of the reps.
I learned just recently that though the merchandise has been delivered to clients, the payments have not been remitted and because of a number of reasons I suspect these payments were pocketed by the rep.
If proven so, and if the rep is unable to pay back the amount, what sort of case can I file against the rep?
