Arresto Menor

Hi po, nagundergo po kasi ng training sa isang company ant it is stated in their training agreement na we have to pay the bond once na ayaw naming ituloy magwork sa company. Tapos na po training namin but hindi pa kami pinagsasign ng contract. Ano pong magandang gawin ? gusto na po sana naming umalis, mandatory po ba yung pagbabayad ng bond ?

Since tapos na ang training and walang pinasasign na contract, it is just and fair na di na ipatuloy ang pagbayad ng training bond. Kasi nga sa name pa lang na "training bond" dapat naibayad na to while ongoing ang training.
