Hello!
Tanong ko lang kung pwedeng mag-register ng business sa DTI and BIR ng online shops pero under 1 company name lang?
For example, may 2 websites but they sell different line of products:
Shop A - Clothings
Shop B - Gadgets
We want them to be separated kasi magkaiba ng products/services offered. But we want to register them sa DTI and BIR using only 1 parent company name, example, Manila Shopping Goods.
May mga nakita ako registered companies from other countries na ganito ginagawa. Pwede rin po ba to sa country natin?
Ang catch lang naman is magkaiba lang yung websites nila pero may explanation pa rin sa shops na registered ito under one company, Manila Shopping Goods, and we will show our TIN and we'll say na we're paying taxes etc.
I also asked other online sellers, pwede daw, ang ilalagay lang sa line of business is General Merchandise.
