VAWC-revived case

Gud day po! Im gwen 32 years old,married, but wala pa pong anak. may 2014 dinemanda ko po ang asawa ko for abandonment. Dec.2014 nagkaayos po kame but the court did not dismissed the case the resolution is "provisionally dismissed". Dec.2015 umalis po ulit ang asawa ko so i was advised to revive the case so i did. Nagharap na po kame sa korte at na revive na nga po ung case. Sabe po nun judge wala na daw bail ung mr. Ko at he need to pay the cash bond of 24,000 within that day or else a warrant of arrest will be issued. So my question po, if hndi po sya nkabayad nung cash bond, pinauwi po ba sya at hihintayin mai-serve yung warrant bago sya arestuhin or right there and then i-issue-han sya ng warrant and derecho kulong po sya kung hindi sya nkabayad ng bond nung araw din na yun. Pls. Help po... Naisip ko po kc bka nagtago na sya or nkakulong ba sya. Thank you po.
