Arresto Menor

Greetings!I just found your site and registered, hoping that we will be able to solve our problem at last. My husband and I are trying to look for a lawyer who does not charge too much, whom we can afford with our meager means. I have a child from another man whom my legal husband wants to adopt because the biological father has already abandoned the child. We were advised by PAO that we need to hire a private lawyer to file the petition in court. The problem is we do not know any lawyer. May we ask for your assistance? Thank you and God bless.
