Magandang araw at Merry Christmas po Attorney ..

Tanong ko lng po kung pwede pa mailipat sa pangalan ko yung lupa na donated ng parents ko sa pangalan ko? Ang hawak ko pong "Certificate Authorizing Registration" date issued is Year 2005 pa?

At meron po bang expiration ang Deed of Donation?

you have a CAR which was issued based on a Deed of Donation? The deed has no expiration, but the CAR will have to be revalidated by the BIR. After which you will have to process the transfer at the Reg of Deeds.
