Arresto Menor

Itatanong ko lng po kasi yung bahay ng tita ko ay forclosure na. Nakatanggap n po sya ng letter from the court at may schedule na kugn kelan I-auction ung property niya. Kailangan n po b niya umalis agad dun sa bahay niya o pwede pa siya mag stay hanggang makatanggap sya ng notice n kaialngn n niyang umalis doon?

Pwede pa sya mag stay there, in fact pwede pa sya sumali sa auction sale or redeem the property. hintayin nyo na lang yung notice to vacate

And AFTER it's sold, then the old owner has still chance to get it back within a year if paying the price the Control organisation decide.
