Dear Sir/ Madam

I want to sell my house and lot.. I have the original title and the dead of sale. For two years now I can not transfer the title to my name because of financial problem....Now I want to sell my house and lot.....Q: what are the steps......Can I sell it with only dead of sale ( im willing to pay all penalty).....thanks in advance.

i got the same case,,
i bought a lot, but until now, the Title have the Developers name, due to financial limitations.
and yes, u can sell that, but the new owner will transfer the name from the original name to his name,
mabypass na yong name mo.
pero, depende yan sa buyer, merong buyer na metikuloso.
