Im ryan ohnyll florida from ozamiz city im asking that who can avail the public attorney? the defendant or the opposite? The defendant is indigent and the one who filed a case in indigent too.
Is there any possibilities that the indigent person who filed a case can avail public attorney? If yes, then can the indigent defender can get public attorney too? If no, then the indigent defender will get a private attorney? If they cant avail? what will happen?
