Arresto Menor

Hello po!

Hi,

The demand letter contains a demand for the payment of child support, his capacity to provide support, his refusal to provide support, and that you will resort to legal action should he continue to refuse to provide financial support.

Usually, people seek the assistance of a lawyer in preparing a demand letter because they prefer it to be signed by a lawyer. However, you may also choose to prepare it on your own.

If the father has no capacity to provide for child support, you can demand from his parents.

Regards,
Atty. Katrina
