after ko po ipadala ang demand letter thru email and his sisters. Natanggap nila siguro since pinagsalitaan  nya ako ng di maganda sa fb. then after nun eh nagpadala sya ng pera. pero pag itotal mo di nya na meet iyong kasunduan sa isang buwang suporta at kulang. Iyong dec eh wala dahil di naman umabot sa pang isang buwan pinagkasunduan.

pwede pa rin bang may file ng complaint under ra9262 dahil kulang iyong binigay nya. na feeling ko eh limos ang binibigay at di tama sa agreed monthly support namin? maraming salamat po.

Yes, pwede ka po magfile ng complaint for violation of RA 9262 for economic violence. You can go to the PAO in your area

Thank you for the advice.

Nagdadalawang isip po ako kung pwede pa ako mag file ng complaint pero ngayon hindi na. Kinakatwiran nya nagpadala naman sya ng support. Pero  its not only the amount I am fighting for but also being treated with respect and hoping I will see better future for my kids sa gagawin ko. I know magiging mahirap for us, pero it is the only remaining option I have.
Because from this forum I am able to know the legal steps and also minsan natatakot ako kasi I know what will be the result. Ignorance of the law(like my husband)is not a valid excuse.

kung magfile po ako ng complaint under ra9262 at maghire ako ng lawyer ko roughly magkano po ba ang sisingilin sa akin kasi alam ko na pwede naman sa PAO pero i believe na mas better na I have my own lawyer? hope you can give me some information about this. thanks po
