Ask ko lang po if is it against the law to have a contractual employment status kung direct hire ka po by the company?
Parang nabasa ko po kasi na the contractor should be an independent entity from the principal.
Parang ang nangyari po eh yung contractor at yung principal iisa lang po diba po?

My next question po is..
since po directly hired ako by the company diba po dapat they should
monitor ung employment ng mga employee nila..
Nag undergo po ako ng performance appraisal
pero hindi po nila skin sinabi yung result anf in return po
ang nangyari is nagexpire po ang contract ko without me knowing.
Kasi po March 21 po yun nagexpire pero they talked to me March 26
and the reason dw po na itterminate nila ko is because yun nga po rexpired na daw po contract ko. May laban po ba ako dun?
kasi yung performance appraisal ko hindi ko po nalaman ang result.

Tapos po sa contract ko it was never stated where my workplace will be and the specific job description po of my work. My nabasa po ako na dapat naka state daw po yun sa contract
Another factor po ba yun?
