Legal Holiday Pay for Monthly Paid employee

Hello Sir/Ma'am, Kindly clarify this for my better understanding.
Im a Monthly paid basis employee Php10,000 fixed a month.
I've worked on Legal holidays (200%) Question  for only 8 hours (6am-2pm)
the computation as per Labor code is to get your daily rate from your Monthly Basic:
Daily rate:           384.61/8= 48.07 per hour
Legal holiday:        48.07x2= 96.14x8 = 796.12
but what appears on my payslip is only 384.56 kasi divided by 2 pa raw yung 796.12, as per our HR 200% on legal holiday pero Monthly paid basis raw ako kaya 100% nasa basic monthly rate ko na 384.56 at yung another 100% na 384.56 yun raw ang bayad sakin for 6am-2pm rendered overtime. so i received only Php 10,384.56 (10,000 + legal holiday 384.61)
Tama po ba HR namin? or dapat 10,796.12 ang makuha ko? (10,000 + legal holiday 796.12)
Ano po ba ang Tama? Pls help, Pls reply and comment.  Question

Do you regularly work on a holiday (depende sa schedule or roster) or parang bangko yan na fixed walang pasok pag holiday dapat?

Yes I worked regularly during holiday, or kung hindi man po ako pumasok hindi po babawasan yung 10,000 monthly basic pay ko, pero ngayon po bakit 10,384.56 (10,000 + legal holiday 384.61) ang gross pay ko sa payslip? diba po dapat 10,796.12 ang makuha ko? (10,000 + legal holiday 796.12) as gross pay.

If your regular shift falls on the holiday (like call centers) then the first amount is correct. Kasi kung hindi ka pumasok, babawasan ka naman ng isang araw.

You are paid for your worked days, including the holiday = 10k, Yung unang 100% ay pasok na sa regular na sweldo mo.

The legal holiday pay is 100% of your rate (384.61) na dagdag sa binayad na sa iyo.

Kasi nga regular schedule mo yung araw ng holiday.

And yes, tama ang HR ninyo sa paliwanag.

Kung sa tingin mo ay di tama ang ginagawa ng company, pwede ka naman pumunta sa DOLE para magtanong o maghabla.  Very Happy

tama yung HR nyo.. 10,000 yung monthly mo then you were paid extra 384.56 for the legal holiday.. +1 day extra for the Holiday you worked.

For further clarification -

The 200% mentioned would be relevant only to daily-paid employees.
