i am a part time instructor at a univresity. Recently, admin deliberated on who's they will retain, promote, etc.I am not promoted because of so many comments of the students. I dont know these comments. I was not informed and given the chance to justify. I handled 6 to 7 sections per semester and this must be the reason why i have a lot of comments. Is this fair not to promote me because of these comments that i was not even aware of and not given the chance to justify. what can i do?my school is a state university.
