Hi atty,

Pls advise as i have a salary loan from 2011 with a bank processed by my previous company. I have not able to continue with payment bec i resigned from the company. And now i received a summon from makati court that they filed a civil case small claims to me. Pls advise what should i do.. I cannot pay anymore and i dont want to attend the hearing.
