Good morning, I'm from London and I've a French partner, we want to open a restaurant in Philippines, (Cebu city) we know that we can't own the property and the assets and that we need a Filipino partner who will have the 60% and us the 40%.
Our idea is to rent a local and buy the assets all in the Filipino’s name, to do that first we’ll need 2 Filipino’s partner (like that they'll have 30% each and we could decide everything about the business) is that legal? and how can we find them (when we will be there we won't know anyone) ?
What different possibilities do we have?
