Arresto Menor

Hi good day! I just need an answer ASAP pls! I have 2 kids with a married man but he's separated with his wife at the same time we're not together also. My kids was registered on his last name and as a father. But my kids are not filipino citizen as well as me. They were born abroad. The problem is I've heard rumors that the wife will sue me if I went back to Philippines.if there's a case how long it will take to process? Could she stop me at the airport?

Pls I need advice ! Thank you!
