Those with namesakes or "HIT" are verified against the Criminal History Database to check whether one has criminal record/s; Those found to have criminal records are advised to proceed to the Quality Control for interview. Interviewers will require an applicant to execute an Affidavit of Denial if he is not the offender and Court Clearance/Order if he is the offender.

ATTY, kumuha po ako kanina ng NBi clearance, tas nd ni release tinatakan lang ung receipt ng date sa likod kung kelan ko makukuha. ibig sabihin po ba nun HIT ako. halos lahat po ng kumuha kanina na kasabay ko tinatakan lang. as far as i know unique din naman ang name ko.

Last february kumuha po ako ng NBI clearance sa robinsons ermita, pero pinapabalik ako after two weeks, gusto ko lang po malaman kung panu malaman kung may kaso ako oh wala, pero nakalgay namansa likod ng receipt " NBI Date of Release March 01 2013 " may possibility po ba na may kaso ako na hindi ko alam oh may kapangalan ako na may kaso? kasi imposible ako magkaron ng kapangalan eh. sasabihin po ba na may kaso ako nung unang punta ko pa lang? pls reply po atty. asap. thank you.

I want to file a complain with your system, I filed for my NBI CLEARANCE last week and was supposed to get it today in the afternoon
Unfortunately, I was at work and I let my cousin get it for me with my authorization and IDS ( AS PER REQUIREMENTS).
It was very accomodating with MR. NORMAN PAREDES who assisted my cousin to find my papers but unfortunately they were not able to pull out my files.
so with these happening to me what, what else to poor people who needs to get it on time.
This is my second time to get my nbi with as they say " the same name with others " but wasnt able to encounter this problem before. and the people in the releasing are not that polite they are rude,
Just to ask can you pls. train these people to assist first the filipino customer and be polite with them as we are the one paying for their salary.

and to think upon reviewing my receipt there were no quality control written then when they got the receipt and give it back to my cousin they have written for quality control. what a tactic. hmmmp. I was begging them to give my clearance as i badly need it for my employment and i was at work. I even ask last week the one who assist me if i can let other p[erson get it for me and he says yes.. you guys dont coordinate well. hope you can advise me. I have to absent myself to work to get my clearance hay!!!!!!!

Makisali po sa usapang NBI, ano po yung ibig sabihin na pinapunta ka sa main office sa monumento po, pero nabigyan ka rin ng clearance pagdating dun. wala ring kakaibang bagay na tinanong or ginawa.

good day!atty. kmuha po ko kanina ng nbi at pinababalik ko after 2weeks. my nakalagay na date and hit. posible po ba na my kaso ako na hindi ko alam? last 2011 po kasi nainvolve ako sa shoplift, pero wala nmang snabi skin na kkasuhan ako. ngfile din ako ng resignation sa company.

good day po atty.last 2008 po may kaso po ako sa cavite,theft po,,tapos sa probinxa namin sa mindanao pinadala yong complain na pinadala sa akin.natanggap ko po yon,pero di ko po sinagot kasi sobrang layo ko po sa cavite pinabayaan ko nalang po.Pero yong letter na yon may nakalagay po na hall of justice ng IMUS,tapos mula ng di ko  sinagot yon last 2008 di pa po naman ako nakatanggap ulit ng letter of demand or schedule ng hearing if na file po yon ng nagreklamo sa akin. ngayon ang tanong ko po
1. kung kukuha ako ng nbi mag hit na ba ang  name ko? last kong kuha ay 2008 pa po.
2. diba pag may kaso po pinadadalhan ng subpoena pag may hearing?
3. posible po bang may warrant of arrest na po ako?
4. at ano po sa tingin nyo yong kaso nadesisyonan na po ba yon?

do we have a law regarding anti discrimination for employment because of wrong NBI findings? madami ako kapangalan from all over the Philippines who have a HIT sa NBI however i am assured na hindi ako yun since i already settled all of the documentations, kaso nung nag apply ako for work and i submited my NBI and documentations, young nagbababack ground check said they are still waiting for my name to be cleared by the NBI daw, eh hindi nga ako yun coz i already submitted my documents to them.  Umatras tuloy yung start date ng employment ko. I already spent so much living here in Manila waiting for their clearance.  What is the best thing for me to do now.  I already signed a Job offer na din pala and nakalagay dun sa contract na start date ko is Dec 5 and now na move sa Jan 5 na because ang tagal ng 3rd party background check to clear me.  Any advice? me laban ba ako sa agency na yun for delaying my employment date and sa pinirmahan kong contract?  thanks...

Nahuli po ako ng littering sometime around '99-'00 (if i recall it correctly). Being young and with no money at the time hindi ko nabayaran yung fine.

Fast-forward to 2008. I was applying for a job and the HR required my NBI or police clearance. So I set out to get my clearance and, as expected I got a HIT. The NBI satellite office gave me a form and some instructions on how to settle this matter. Pero dahil pinapasimula na ako sa work and the HR wasn't too adamant about getting my NBI clearance (since I came clean to them about the matter, plus I was able to secure a police clearance in the city i was residing in) I wasn't able to clear my hit.

Fast forward to today. I don't have the form issued to me by NBI, I'm failing to remember the instructions, and worse I can't remember kung saan nga ba ako nahuli ng littering in the first place. I'm planning to apply for a visa sometime in the near future and I'm sure as hell this would bite me in the a**.

I was hoping you could enlighten me on what to do regarding this. Should I try to get my NBI clearance again? Or perhaps straight sa MMDA na? Any useful info is very much appreciated.

ask ko lang if someone nag  file ng criminal complain sa NBI three years ago, will it cause hit in your NBI clearance..? Na hit kasi ako kasi my ng file sa akin ng complain sa NBI.. When I go to the NBI quality control, they instructed me to go to the NBI agent who handle the complainant complain for approval if I will be granted the issuance of NBI clearance.. but sadly that NBI agent do not grant me the issuance of NBI clearance unless my charges is dismiss form court, fiscal office or DOJ.. medyo naguluhan po ako sa ganito sitwasyon.. Hindi rin kasi sinabi sa akin kung saan court or fiscal ako pumunta.. Wala binigay sa akin na papel kung saan ako korte or fiscal pupunta. Ever since until now ay wala pa ako natanggap na invitation or subpoena from court, fiscal or DOJ.

2.. If the complain is still in the city/provincial fiscal or prosecutor office, will it cause  HIT in NBI clearance..

3. previously nakakuha pa ako ng NBI clearance, ngayon 2014 lang ako na HIT.,

It wasn't like that when I am still single, is it possible that they will put my name on pending status because nagchange ako ng last name because I am already married and using my husband's last name? Prior to that I also got mail from a law firm because of my unpaid account to a internet provider which I fail to pay because I had been a victim of big flood in our place that time and forgot to settle it. Can it be the reason why I go HIT? I hope you can help me with this...Thank you.

ask ko lang po yung case ko. kumuha po ako ng NBI clearance na HIT po. then ngaun claim ko sana i was directed to go main for Quality Control.

heres my story:

I have been ask by NBI before to explain/clear my name regarding po sa isang extortion na ndi ko po ginawa.The exact story is this- I have been asked a favor from a colleague of mine in our office para maki pa recieved ng pera sa ATM ko. out of goodwill and trust I lend my ATM info and the atm card itself since I dont have any money on my atm.

Then suddenly after a week NBI contacted me and advice that my name has been compromised and was advise to explain regarding an extorsion complaint since my atm account was the one being used to receive the money. I was able to give my statement and submit my counter affidavit regarding my innocent on the complaint and that it was my office mate who they should be chasing.

after all those process the NBI agent who is handling the complaint and the complainant let me go. and I ask the agent what will happen if i need to get nbi clearance because I have plans of working abroad. they told me that they will take a look if they put it in record or not. so in other words i dont have closure. Though I have clean my name in the complaint and they were also able to talk to the main suspect which is my colleague eventually no case was filed. Even my colleague who is actually involved and personally know of the complainant. Was not charge of any criminal case.

Now gusto po sana malaman kung mag re-reflect po ba ito nangyari sakin sa nbi cleaance ko kasi po i was ask to go to quality control for my clearance. should i bring po ma my affidavit ung copy nag nais submit ko

Kukuha po kasi ako ng nbi clearance this month pero kinakabahan po ako.kasi baka may hit yung clearance ko.regarding sa past work ko..pero ok naman na kami ng employer ko at di naman umabot sa polisya.dahil na settle nmn agad.kaso ang iniisip ko nmn ay ang co-employee ko ay nadawit at ako ang sinisisi..may karapatan po ba sya mag file ng case tungkol sakin?kahit Ok na kami ng employer ko?

Hi atty! Gud pm! I went to get an NBI clearance for this year.. Then all of a sudden I was hit.. For the past years it never happen.. After records were verified they said, I have a pending case of estafa in Lucena City and a warrant of arrest was issued last 2010. With all honesty, I never committed any crime of estafa nor I'm in debt.. I don't know anybody from that place and I don't know anybody i was in debt.. How can this be possible? Please I really need help

mag re-renew po ako ng clearance, kaso po natatakot ako baka me HIT tapos pag na quality e derecho posas at kulong agad. me tumalbog mo kasi akong checke dahil sa salary bank loan last 5-years ago... me mga tumatawag pa pero hindi ko na po inientertain kasi wala na kong pangbayad sa ngayon... magiging dahilan po ba yan para ma HIT ako tapos hulihin agad pag nag punta sa quality...
