NBI Clearance got HIT

Hi Atty.

In 2008,I worked in a BPO and got caught trying to disable my login so I wouldn't have to work online and still get paid for it. I know its not honest but everybody else is doing at that time. I got caught and they terminated my employment, after two months I renewed my NBI clearance and got hired in another BPO with no problem. But just a week ago, I tried to get an NBI clearance but I have a hit already. Does that mean they filed a case against me?I did not receive any warrant whatsoever.Please help.

i got a hit on my NBI clearance this morning. pinababalik ako this coming april 29. nag mamadali po kasi ako...gusto kong makuha ang clearance ko asap. ano gagawin ko?

Hi, ask lng po, my name got hit in nbi when I applied for nbi clearance.
Pwede po ba ang reason that I got hit because of demand letters from the bank or agencies of credit cards?
I received several demand letters ng different law offices, then may tumatawag din sa akin from law offices for settlement
Is that the reason I got hit?

When I was single, hindi nag hit ang name ko, then now im married then received demand letters from different law offices
Now nag hit na name ko sa nbi. I tot nothing serious sa demand letters coz they call me always and ask for settelement.

are you saying that you are not the same person, and you just have the same name? you will have to get clearances from the courts if there are any cases pending.

i received my nbi clearance pero may nakalagay na remarks, ask ko lang po kung pwede mapatanggal yun, dahil na bigyan ako ng warrant pero napalift ko napo sa judge and meron naman po copy na pinakita ko and on going naman na po ang hearing. need ko po kasi mag work eh makaka apekto po iyon sa employeer ko kung mey remarks na makita. pls. help!

as i read your answer from one of the questioner, you said that if a warrant is filed then the hit will appear in NBI, how about if the warrant has been lifted and signed by the judge, will the hit be removed and no remarks should appear? or because of the hit it is needed to be waited for dismissal? please advise. many thanks.

i mean, im the same person kaso lang nung dalaga pa ako, hindi nag hit ang name ko sa nbi
pero when i applied using family name na married na ako, kay nag hit na..
is it possible nag hit because of my married family name kasi madami kasing kaapelyido ko ngaun

regarding demand letters, hindi nmn po court kung nag demand letters ,coming from law firms
only, demanding for a settlement agrrement regarding sa credit cards po.

possible po ba yon? di po talaga ako nakareceived ng demand letters from court kung meroon man,

rich, the case has to be totally dismissed so that the remarks can be removed.

simply, it's probably because you just have a similar name. clarify when they ask you to go to quality control.

Ask ko lang po, nag renew ako ng NBI clearance knna. I got hit. I am married naka file na sa NSO but I am not yet using my married name, can that be the reason for getting hit? AWOL din ako sa previous company ko, puro warning letter lang na-received ko. Without subpoena being given to me wala naman ang legal case? thanks!

i applied for nbi clearance last apr 20 2011 and renew it may 6 nagkahit po ako di kopo alam kung bakit. is it because wala pang 1 month ung clearance ko and my hit is my name also? pls help

atty: good day po, kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance kahapon, bali nag renew ako,pinababalik po ako sa july kasi may hit daw. natatakot po ako bumalik baka may warant ako,.last 2009 nag work po me sa manila at kumuha ng credit card bale 10k ang maximum credit, after non palipat-lipat po me ng assignment at d nakabayad, tas nkatanggap me ng demand letters na 20k na daw yung interest, then d ko po nabayaran, hanggang sa tumigil na cla sa kakapadal ng letter kasi ibat ibang branch me na transfer. roving kasi me. nag resign po me sa work by 2010,,by 2011 po umuwi na po me sa visayas sa lugar ko..pag kuha ko po ng nbi clearance dahil requred sa inapalayan ko nag hit na po..natatakot po ako..anu po gagawin ko?...

the only way to find out is to get your clearance or send someone to do so.

May gumamit po ng pangalan ko para mag-open ng 2 landline accts sa isang fon company. After two months, may dumating na bill sa akin stating that i have an unsettled acct (four thou php total amt) at demand letter from a law firm. I went to the fone company to file a complaint. Wala pong naging follow up yung fone company abt my complaint. Di ko po alam if settled na. I filed the complaint abt a year ago. Last week kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance and got a hit. Is it possible na ma hit ako dahil dito? Pwede ka po ba kasuhan ng fon company or law firm sa halagang 4000 unsettled acct lang?

the only way to find out is to get your clearance, but i doubt it will be because of that

nag file ako ng renewal ng nbi clearance ko sa megamall last february 2011 pa pero until now hindi ko pa nakukuha sa nbi main office kc for verification daw dahil may kapangalan ako na may kaso. natatakot po ako dahil sometime in 2000 my closed checking account was used my husband to borrow money from his aunt. talbog po ang check pero di naman po nag file ng demanda yun tita ng asawa ko. natatakot po ako baka may pending case ako tapos di na ako pauwiin ng nbi , pano ba malalaman kung may pending case ang isang tao ano po ang normal procedure kung may pending case ka halimbawa po estafa case makukulong po ba ako agad, pls help me

hello po atty. yung wife ko po is being hired here in qatar and inii-sched po siya ng sep.5 to fly here from the philippines. she went to the NBI today to get her clearance and was told that she got a hit and to come back on the 26th (today is aug.9). here are my questions po:

1. ganun po ba talaga katagal? is there a way na mapabilis po yung proseso para hindi po siya maalanganin sa tentative scheduled flight niya sa sep. 5.

2. sobrang unique po kasi ng surname namin kaya imposible magkaron siya ng kapangalan although yung maiden name nya ay very common. ano po ba gingamit sa NBI? maiden or yung current married name? kasi 10yrs. ago n po nung huli sya kumuha ng NBI, dalaga pa sya nuon at wala nman problema. ngayon na married na sya ay hit daw po.

Update ko lang po kayo. I already got my nbi clearance yesterday. Ok naman, walang problema whatsoever. Super tagal lang talaga ngayon pag na hit ka kasi ako july pa nag apply.

@matangpusa: ako din super uniqe ng surname (or so i thought), yung first name ko pa 2 yun, yung isa, kakaiba pa ang spelling pero na hit pa din ako. Di ko rin maintindihan kung pano ang sistema nila sa hit. Pero ganun talaga ngayon, matatagalan ka makakuha kapag may hit ka. I got mine aftet 18 days.

Atty., gano po katagl ang process ngayon ng pagkuha ng NBI Clearance? Kasi po ay pauwi ako by next month to transfer to a new company. I need the NBI Clearance for visa stamping sa Saudi Embassy. The last couple of times na kumuha at nagrenew ako ng NBI Clearance ay HIT ako. What would be the maximum waiting time to acquire the document? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

Ask ko lang po. kasi nun grade 5 po ako nahuli po ako nag shoplift sa mall (sm) dinala po ako sa office nila kinuha ng photos and informations after nun pinauwi na din ako. kinakabahan po ako baka po mag appear sa nbi clearance ko yun. and ang alam ko lang is minor ako so mag aapear po ba yun sa nbi ko? and hindi naman po ako sa police station dinala dun lang sa office. mag aapear pa rin po ba yun nbi ko?

please help me.. mag oojt na po ako and di ako mapalagay,,
