NBI Clearance got HIT

Kaninang umaga kumuha po ako ng NBI clearance. new. tas lumabas HIT pinapababalik ako on Sept. 30.

Dapat po ba ako magalala kung may nagawa po ako na masama nung May 2010? nahuli po ako nagshop lift. dinala nila ako sa secuirity office nila kinuhanan ng statement, information, fingerprints, picture at pinabayaran yung item na kinuha ko twice sa regular price.

Kinakabahan po kasi ako na pag punta ko on Sept. 30 eh may criminal record na ako pala ng hindi ko alam. natatakot po ako na baka hindi na ako tanggapin ng company na inaapplayan ko.

Ano po gagawin ko kapag HIT pala talaga ako. Malalaman ba ng company na inaapplayan ko yun?

if there is an actual case filed against you then your recourse is for your or your representative to go to the court where it is filed and review the records.

I suggest that you stop speculating and just get your nbi clearance. from your narrative, i find it unlikely that the theft case was filed because it would have been more prudent for them to file it immediately after you were caught.

gud pm nag file po ako ng kaso sa ex-bf ko.. tanung ko lang po, kahit ba wala pa po sa RTC yung kaso namin may hit na sya sa NBI while the case is on going,, thank you so much.,

kitty, no, it will not appear in his nbi clearance. normally the nbi records it once a warrant of arrest is issued.

Hi, parehas po kami ng problema ni Arresto Menor. I was caught shoplifting in 2008. The same process. They got all the info and photos of me. Pero hindi po nila ako pinagbayad.

Nag-hit po iyong akin this Friday lang. Pinapabalik ako a week from now. Kinakabahan po ako kung may kaso po sa akin? Wala naman po akong natatanggap ng sub poena. Kailangan po bang mag-file ng complaint ang ninakawan sa police station. Or maaari na nilang gawin na magpakaso sa akin without me knowing? Paano po ba ang process? Kinakabahan po talaga ako. Kasi my unique po akong name pero hindi po unique ang aking surname. Kapag sinesearch ba name, sinesearch as your whole name or paisa-isa meaning surname is searched separately from my first name and middle name?

as with everyone, i always advise that they just go to the nbi or send an authorized representative to get the clearance. if you have a case, they will give you the info where to follow up.

actually po wala po akong natangap na subpoena?pwede po ba silang mag file ng case skin?My natangap akong notice para byaran ko ung amount last two years ago ... pero wla akong natangap na subpoena?

what i mean is that you go to quality control of nbi to confirm what it is they have in their records.

Yung sakin po mqay nabanga way back 2003 and I'm using company car nakabanga ako ng kotse.sabi ng hr namin aayusin nila iforward nila sa insurance lahat ng binigay ko na documents for the claim.nagresign na po ako dun sa conp0any 2005 pa.and when I decided to work again kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance kase requirements sa company na inapllyan ko.dun ko nakita na may hit ako at warrant of arrest nag bail ako at on going ngayon yung hearing.ang case ko .and ngayon natatakot na ko mag apply kase baka hindi ako tangapin gawa ng case ko na hindi na ayos ng insurance kaya nag file ng case yung nabanga ko.'.pag ganito po ba wala ng tatangap sakin sa trabaho?I'm so worried!thank you.

it will be employer's prerogative whether they will employ you.

Hi po. I am a former DOST scholar, so I know I have a hit for that after years to reciprocate my scholarship. But I am baffled by this new hit told by my friend recently regarding my former employer filing something against me, probably a case? I am still going to check with my NBI record this Monday. But I just wish to know if it is possible to have a hit without you being formally informed in any other way and is there such a thing as 'institutional hostage' as what my friend referred it as such. good day sir i am a bus driver i was charged simple imprudence resulting to damaged to property on 2001 by the owner of the car i accidentally hit side sweptly on 2000 due to brake failure of my unit which i had reported to the maintainance dept but they insist that it is good to make a trip so i did so,the company has been closed sinced 2005 and the owner/employer died last 2007,what would possibly happen to the case and how can i get clearance because i have pending warrant

my recommendation would be to file bail and let the case continue. hopefully the complainant will not attend or you will be able to reach a settlement.

can i file a motion to dismiss the case,isn't it that the statute of limitation already expired or is the court set time for a certain case to expire if so how long such a case like mine to be expired.i hope you would spare your time answering back because i really need advice so i can make my best next move

you can file one but it will not be approved. the case does not expire because it was already filed.

wanna ask question lang po kasi kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance sa caloocan and i got hit.pinapabalik po ako after 3 dayz.i am worrying po kasi baka may kaso ako talga huhulihin po b nila ako agad agad kasi natatakot po talaga ako..thanks po

i have not heard of anyone being arrested after getting a hit at the nbi. what they do is tell you what your case is and where it is pending. you can send a representative with written authorization to get it.

Last 2001 somebody filed me a case and it was dismissed year 2002. Kumuha po ako ng NBI clearance ng dahil po gusto ko sanang mgtrabaho abroad para po mabigyan ko ng magandang buhay ang aking anak, kaya lng po naka HIT po ako ano Po ang dapat kong gawin??

find out what case is recorded in the nbi. if it's the same one as before, just get a certified copy of the dismissal order from the court.

ATTY, tanong ko lng po kc kumuha ako nbi pinapatuloy ako sa Q.control.. natatakot po kc ako magpunta dun bka hulihin ako.. kc last 2005 may nagpadala po sakin na subpoena suspect daw po ako sa patayan na naganap malapit sa amin wala nmn po talga akong kinalaman..mga 2006 umattend po kmi ng hearing sa piskal. cguro mga 3tyms po kmi nagpunta ng mga magulang ko. nung mga huling meeting di na po umaatted yung pamilya ng nagrereklamo skn. hindi na po ako napapadalan ng subpoena. di ko po alam kung tapos na o kung on going pdn , di lang cguro ako napapadalan ng subpoena.kya mga 2007 kumuha ako nbi clearance, nakakuha naman po ako after 1 week, ginamit ko po yun sa work, ayun po natatakot ako mag punta sa quality control bka hulihin ako. pano po gagawin ko?? please i need advice.. gagamitin ko po kc ulit sa work.

send someone else with a written authorization letter. normally the quality control will only point you where the case is pending, but your case is a bit serious so better to send someone else.

atty.. anong authorization letter anong ipapadala ko sa papauntahin ko sa quality control?? pwede po ba ibng tao ang pupunta sa quality control??
