Arresto Menor

Recently po we found out through LRA na wala silang record ng mother title since june 11 1988,meaning sunog.ngayon sa mother title 2ng magkapatid po ang nakalagay.we are the only family na may certified true copy ng mother title which is naplantsa nga sa LRA.Ngayon ang tanung ko isnt possible na patituluhan namin ng bago pero isa nalang ang may ari? Since 25yrs ago ng walang kumikilos o nagkaka interes sa lupang to or yung isang side lang ba ang posible? Since side a lang ang mana namin.Plz help?

Action for Reconstitution of Title po yan, kung ano yung original, ganun din yung bago.
