good eve po.. ask lang po ako.. pwede bang mag resign kahit naka sign pa ng  ng contract..? huhu  my health po kasi is not ok na.. but then  my employer won't allow me to resign kasi hindi daw valid ang reason ko.. kasi po sa med cert ko i was advised to rest two weeks.. but then i want to have full time rest and my body can't cope with the with the work environment.. huhuhu help.. po

Contracts are valid in whatever form. Kahit verbal contracts, legal yun. Kaya naman kahit hindi pa pirmado yung employment contract mo, valid parin yun at bound ka ng kung ano mang mga kasunduan nyo ng employer mo. Madali lang patunayan ng employer mo na naging empleyado ka na nila kung meron kang DTR na magpapakitang nagreport ka na sa trabaho, or iba pang mga documents in the regular course of your company's operations na nakapirma ka.
