To request husband's company to give me his salary

Hindi ngayon sa amin umuuwi ang asawa ko, sa other woman sya umuuwi who believes she has the right against my husband porket panganay at bunso ang anak niya. From the beginning of our marriage I don't demand my share on his salary. Now I want to get it.
1. Is it my right to do so?
2. If so, how much is my claim against his salary? We have one legal child, he has 3 illegitimate children. Supposed he is earning at least 25K a month.
3. If he will refuse to voluntarily give my share to me, can I request it from their company?
4. If his company refused, is there any legal steps I can do?

Yes, because you are the legal wife. YOu can file for a petition for support.

Only the court can determine the amount.

Nope, as far as the company is concern, They will give the salary to their Employees. UNLESS, there is a court order to the contrary. SO, it is better to file a petition for support and include in the prayer therein that you have the right to collect a portion of your husband's salary from his employer.
