23 years ago na yan! Ang falsification ay hanggang 10 years lang ang statutes of limitations kaya hindi ka na pasok sa falsification of public documents Kung icorrect mo na ito.

hi attyLLL, update on my husband's falsified passport case... naifile n pala ng nbi. 2012 pa pala naifile... ngayon ko lang nalaman... in such case, nabasa ko kasi yung about sa 10years. if wala siya sa pinas at walang umattend sa hearings will the case pursue?and if it pursues di ba court ang mag issue ng order for cancellation of passport? mag issue ba sila even ifcant be located yung tao or archived din ba like the bigamy case?eh paano may 10 years na sinasabi? pagmay cancellation possible ba na makapagrenew siya? please wala kasi ko makita maliwanag na procedure nito. thanks po

good day po . gusto ko lang po sana makahingi ng advice about sa situation po ng passport ko ngaun . last year nagpagawa po ako ng passport . aminado po ako na mali ang sinubmit ko pong NSO birthcertificate . binago ko po age ko magcocompete po sana kami sa ibang bansa that time and may age requirements po . unfortunately di po kami natuloy di rin po ako nakakuha ng visa at di ko po nagamit ang passport na may maling details ng birthdate ko po.as in wala pa pong pinaggamitan ang passport ko po ngayon po sana gusto ko ayusin ang passport ko sa tunay na edad ko po paano po kaya ang mga dapat kong gawin at mga requirements para masettle ko na po ito salamat po and godbless !
