Arresto Menor

Im here in Dubai can I file a case againts them or I should be there because my vacation is on October , He is still there. Please advised me what is the best thing to do. I dont wnat him to leave the country again again and he will again ignoring my rights. I want justice for all what he did to me and my children.

Thank you for the adviced, Ok I will stick to my before case, I dont know excatly in quezon city where they are staying but I know that they are in quezon City near in ABS CBN as per the cousin of my husband.Im planning to to come Philippines on October and file a case againts them.
