can i ask if sole proprietorship business is legal to get some worker/employee?

and what does territorial scope means? choosing from barangay, city, regional, national?

Philippine laws recognizes 3 type of business enterprise, namely:

1. sole proprietorship
2. partnership
3. corporation

in all cases, they can hire workers or employers subject to the provisions under the labor code.

so as to the question that a sole proprietor can hire workers/employees, my answer is yes.
