Good pm mga Sir!

a.) I just want to clarify if my training period of two (2) months (Feb 4 - April 4, 2013) part of the six (6) month probationary period under the labor code of the Philippines?

b.) Also, is the company correct in not deducting any mandatory deductions (SSS, PHILHEATH, INCOME TAX ETC...) in our GROSS monthly allowance during my 2 months training period?

c.) Lastly, until now no probationary contract was entered into between me and my employer. Does it mean that i am already deemed regular employee of the company?

Hope you could help me on these issues...

Many Thanks! Smile Rolling Eyes Smile

are you working already? if so, you should be deemed a regular employee already.

on my poor opinion,

a. according to the labor code of the Phil any training agreement exceeds the period of not more the 3 months shall be deemed regular employee therefore as to your status you are deemed regular employee.

b. it depends on your employer whether they will deduct it or not.

c.same goes with this situation if i were you should ask your employer it is your right to ask.
