Hi,

We have a family business that is registered in SEC, but we want to change the management now, so it would be under my name. Now I would want to register it as a new business that has the same name of our family business, but with "New" at the beginning, and it would be just a single proprietor ownership. Is that possible?

For example: the name of the company is ABC Inc., now I want to register it as New ABC - w/o the Inc, and as a single proprietor.
