nakasagasa po ung motor nmin last feb 5 2013,kaibigan ko po ung driver at backride po ako,pero sa asawa ko nkapangalan ung motor na involve sa aksidente.. until now under negotiation pa rin between us and the family of the victim atnka impound pa rin ung motor.. di raw irerelease hanggat di nasesettle ung reklamo.meron po bang pwedeng gawin pra mkuha ung motor?cnu talaga yung liable sa aksidente? pls give me some afvice..msraming salamat po

the driver alone is liable. i am sorry you have to wait for the investigation to finish.

Let the driver execute a deed of undertaking that he/she/it will answer for the civil damages. If the victim accepts, then you can ask that the motorcycle be released.

bakit po ganun,ung mga pulis at kahit ung brgy captain at ung anak nung victim ay pinipilit na dapat nming paghatian nung driver ung lahat ng gastos nila sa hospital? dahil daw nakasakay ako sa motor ng asawa ko,dpat daw hati kami nung driver..
