good day.
eto po yung problema ko. Bumili po ako ng computer shop. Bale nung unang pagkikita namin 11 units na pc plus 1 server po. tapos po po nung bumalik po ako 7 units na lang. sabi po nang unang may ari ipinapa upgrade nya yong apat na units at d na niya ibebenta. so binabaan namin yong price. Sabi po ng nagbenta sa akin na well secured po yung building. Kaya binili ko po. After a week po may dumating na pulis sa shop na binili ko nagpafollow up tungkol sa nangyaring nakawan dto sa shop. Di po naging honest yong seller sa akin pede ko po ba irebuke yong deed of sale sa reason na nag aalangan na ako sa security ng nabili kung computer shop? pa tulong po

It seems that you cannot revoke that. There is already a perfected sale, thus, it is now considered as YOUR property and you are obliged/responsible to exercise diligence over the security of the said property.

Security over the property is the owners resposibility.
