Kaylangan ko lang po ng Advice, Bale nagtatrabaho po ako sa isang private company mga 10 years na po akong ngwowork dun ,lately kinausap po ako ng
Admin officer namin may natuklasan daw syang suspicious regarding sa mga O.R na sinabmit ko,pinakita nya po sa akin yung mga o.r actually hinde tlaga sya o.r
sales invoice sya pero inohonor n rin nila na o.r yun, sabi nya po sa akin may over pricing daw n napansin sya bale 3 sales invoice yun 2009 and 2010 ,actually nde po ako purchaser sa company nmin, ako lang po ang pinakiusapan nung purchaser which is tao nya rin. na ako n lng po ang bumuli at magcanvass kasi ako po ang narequest na nung item kaya ako ang pinabili niya pero ang alam ko dapat yung purchaser ang dapat mgcanvass at bumili nung item,aaminin ko po na nagkaron tlaga ng over price at inamin ko po yun sa admin officer na sya ring pumirma para marelease yung perang pambili kc tao nya yung purchase at last signatory sya para mgawan nangvoucher ,pagkatapos po magawan ng cheke ieencash po yun nung purchaser tpos binigay po yun s kin ng cash.after po nya ako kausapin regarding dun sa over price sabi nya iteterminate daw nya ako kc bawal daw po yung ginawa ko.After po namin mag-usap sabi nya sa kin na magsalita daw po ako kung meron pa akong alam na gumagawa ng over price ituro ko daw sa kanya at isasalba daw nya po ako binigyan nya po ako ng 1 day para mag-isip, tpos nung sinabi ko na wala n po akong alam ang sabi nya "Tatapusin ko na career mo"Ang tanong ko lang po ako lang po ba ang dapat maparusahan ?
samantalang pumirma din sya sa pagrelease ng pera at dumaan po sa tamang proseso yung request ko. at kung sakali pong iterminate ako tatanggapin ko n lan po b? ala n po ba akong laban? until now patuloy pa rin sya sa paghahanap ng butas para madiin ako ng todo.Ano po bang pwede nyang ikaso sa kin?

kung sasampahan po nila ako ng estafa case malakas po pa yung evidence nila against me?

sorry, you are using industry terms which i am not familiar with. i'm not sure if i understand correctly.

your company is buying supplies/materials. you are not supposed to be the purchaser of these materials but you agreed with your co-worker, and you overpriced and split the proceeds? is this correct?

is this a terminable offense? yes. this is serious misconduct. if only you will be terminated, does it render your termination illegal, no.

you are entitled to due process. you should be given a notice giving you at least 5 days to explain your side. you should have a hearing and then a final notice of management's decision. good luck.

do you have a criminal liability, yes. you committed falsification of private documents.

nevertheless, all these charges have to be proven against you.
