legalizing adoption at 32

32 years old na ako, was adopted pero hindi naging legal. my

biological mum is the niece of my foster father (deceased already).
problema ko nang matagal ang hindi magmatch na legal name ko sa

birth certificate at sa mga legal documents ko. for some reason my

foster parents dropped the use of my second name- kenneth and i have

been using the maiden name of my foster mum as my middle name

also (wala dapat din akong middle name for i am illegitimate pa). ang match lang bale ay ang first name at ang last name (kasi within the family ang adoption).
kailangang ko talaga sigurong kumuha ng abogado to legalize my

adoption? or pwede ko siyang lakarin na lang without a lawyer? where

do i begin? what are the steps to do this?

if your adoptive mother is still alive, she can adopt you.

or you can try a change of name, but no guarantee
