Attorney, please help me.

I want to know who is the legal heir(s).
Pedro had three children from his previous marriage with Luisa who died already.Pedro married again to Josefa but they did not have a child.

Pedro and Josefa both died leaving the three chidren of Pedro from his previous marriage.
Josefa also had two surviving brothers.

Who will inherit the property and what is the share of each ?

When the property is acquired ? Is it in the period of Luisa if yes their children have the rights.
