i have a 777 sq m lot and i'm planning to sell a portion of it. my questions are:
1. am i right to say that i have to get the property split into two separate titles first before i can sell whichever part i wanted to? if yes, what is the process i have to do to get this done.
2. would it involve getting a new survey and lot plan?
3. if yes, any idea how much is the cost to get this entire process done?
4. any other legal option possible aside from pt 1 (splitting into 2 titles)?
