Arresto Menor

Hi, Patulong po.

Meron po kaming property na 700sqm
binenta namin yung portion na 300sqm
1500pesos/sqm po total of 450,000 pesos
ung natirang 400sqm is FAMILY HOUSE namin
nag partial payment ang buyer ng 300,000pesos
pumayag naman kami.
so pina survey na namin ung lupa at para ma slice na ung 300sqm
pero di ata marunong ung surveryor gusto pa ng surveryor baguhin ang 1 hectare na subdivided na, ang gusto lang naman namin mag slice sila ng 300sqm sa 700sqm, pero di nila magawa.
so pinatigil agad namin agad sa surveyor. balak namin maghanap ng ibang surveyor, so pina-alam namin sa buyer ang nangyari, pero nagbago agad isip ng buyer, gusto na mag back-out gusto na bawiin ang 300,000 pesos at kumuha agad sila ng abogado.
so hindi namin nabalik ang 300,000 pesos dahil nagamit na.
pina barangay agad kami, inexplain naman namin sa barangay at hindi namin mabbalik ang pera in 1 time payment, wala nmn kaming ganong kalaking halaga, so hindi na kaya ihandle ng barangay inendorse agad kami sa Court.
so inexplain namin sa supreme court
binigyan kami ng 1year para bayaran, pag di daw daw nabayaran sabi ng Judge nandyan naman ung Property, willing naman kami ipagamit sakanila ung 300sqm property kahit di pa na transfer at kahit hindi pa fully paid.
after 1 year di parin namin nabayaran, nag offer kami ng partial na 40,000 at monthly payment nalang, pero nag refuse and Court tapos na daw ng duration period, ang gusto mangyari ng Court at buyer i-forfeit ang buong property ang 700sqm kasama ang family House namin.
Ang Tanong ko po, Tama po ba yun?
300sqm binebenta nmin, hndi na transfer, nag back out sila, hndi nabalik ang pera, I-forfeit na ang buong property?

Please po patulong, ito lang po ang nag-iisang property namin.

What did your lawyer say?

nka 3 hearing po sa barangay at enendorse na sa Court
nka isang hearing palang po sa Court, wala po kaming abogado nung 1st hearing
nagkaroon lang ng amicable settlement, binigyan kmi ng 1year para bayaran'
after 1year di po nabayaran, nag offer kmi ng 40k + monthly payment, di po tinangap ng Court, tapos na daw po kasi ung duration period.
sabi lang po ng Judge Ifoforfeit na ang whole property.
